Mold lab results are typically ready within 3–5 business days after the inspection. Radon results are processed digitally and delivered faster. Once results are in, we send you a full written report and follow up with a phone call to walk you through everything.
No — and that's by design. Prime Air Labs is an independent testing company only. We do not remediate mold, and we have no financial relationship with any remediation contractor. This means every finding we give you is based purely on science — never influenced by the cost of a cleanup job.
If remediation is needed, we provide a written protocol from an MRS Certified technician that tells any remediation contractor exactly what to do.
