Service Details & Process
Scope of Service
Prime Air Labs LLC will perform a professional mold inspection, including visual assessment, moisture evaluation, and collection of air, swab, and/or tape samples as deemed necessary by our certified inspectors.
Scheduling
We contact you to schedule the inspection at a convenient time. The homeowner must be present during the inspection.
Inspection Process
Typically takes 1-2 hours depending on home size and sample count. We assess the home and collect samples following established protocols.
Laboratory Analysis
Samples are submitted to third-party, AIHA-accredited laboratory. Results typically take 3-5 business days.
Report & Follow-up
You receive a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations, plus a follow-up phone call for questions.
Sampling Protocol
Air samples will be taken in areas of concern ("rooms of worry"), a control sample will be collected at the start of the inspection, and swab or tape samples will be taken where visible mold is identified, following protocols outlined in our Inspection Checklist.
Laboratory Analysis and Interpretation
All samples collected will be submitted to a third-party, AIHA-accredited laboratory for analysis. Prime Air Labs LLC interprets the results based solely on the laboratory's findings and does not assume liability for the accuracy of the lab's data. Our role is to provide an unbiased interpretation aligned with industry standards.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the inspection. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer. Results and the report will be withheld until payment is received.
Important Notes
We do not guarantee the absence of mold or predict future mold growth
Prime Air Labs LLC is not liable for damages, health issues, or costs arising from interpretation of lab results or remediation actions taken by others
If mold is detected, remediation recommendations will be based on IICRC S520 standards
The remediator may increase scope of work if additional issues are identified during remediation
